Aspartame is an excitotoxin like MSG and also has similar harmful effects. It's an artificial sweetener and is probably the most dangerous food additive on the market today. Aspartame can be found in products such as Nutrasweet, Equal, Spoonful, and even diet soda. It's highly addictive and very dangerous! Ever since it was fraudulently released on the market, the FDA has received more complaints due to its use than anything other product. Still, our government has not got involved and banned it from the shelves.
